Initially drawn into the business through his partner's successful practice and inspired love of real estate, Erik is fully vested in industry best practices embracing all forms of leading-edge technology to better serve his clients. As a further benefit to his real estate sellers, he earned the Accredited Staging Professional designation; ASPs work with homeowners to prepare properties for sale from curb to closest.

Beyond his real estate background, Erik is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin—Madison where he studied advertising and Cranbrook Academy of Art where he studied print/media. He has worked for publications, software publishers, marketing firms and ad agencies in his career. Erik makes his home on Beacon Hill where he resides with his partner and their miniature schnauzer, Ruebin. An active member of the community, Erik is a member of both the Neighborhood Association of the Back Bay and the Beacon Hill Civic Association in addition to participating in several local arts organizations.
