Jen Pearson is one of the newest members of the team here at the Bushari Group. Jen received her Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Connecticut. She has always had a passion for studying human behaviors, including the psychological dynamics of building and maintaining a home. After years of working in the fitness industry, Jen decided to combine her love of home design, her passion for working with people and her experience in sales and marketing and jumped head first into the world of real estate.

After receiving her Real Estate license she immediately entered the fierce market here in Boston. Taking the real estate team concept to a new level, Jen works side-by-side with experienced agent Betsy Wagner. Together they are able to provide a higher standard of service, therefore increasing productivity and overall client satisfaction. With a strong drive to succeed, Jen and Betsy provide all of their clients with the best service and together form an unstoppable team.
